Home and Happy!

25 03 2012

Woot woot! I’m home sweet home as of Friday night.

Between Don, insurance co and hospital, we were able to get excellent home health care on call 24-7. They also taught Don how give me IV drugs etc.

Short blog just to update. More later. I have double vision at times, so I need to work around that.

Nothing better than being in my home, the sweet scents of spring coming in through the screens, the hustle bustle of my friends and family bringing in groceries or prepping a meal, giggles floating through the air like so many wands of bubbles.

Deleriously happy to see this post today. Wonderful news for a glorious day! I guess this means I won’t get to see that Nurse Assistant anymore, though… Oh, well, we’ve all got to sacrifice something! Love you endlessly, my friend.

Home is where the heart is and all of those dearest and now nearest, luv’n this post Amy!!! You know Ken has double vision without his glasses so when he played football in high school he had to decide which ball to catch!! At least you won’t be catching any footballs today!! I like Mark’s advice – kiss the husband in the middle and we all know he will receive many big juicy ones!! Send Theo outside to pick you a big bouquet of Yellow Daffodils, just remind him to leave long stems!! Love and Prayers Dear One!!

VERY happy that you are home, Amy. You probably don’t need to be reminded of this, but know that you have a network of friends and supporters that love you.
